We are perhaps the first generation of women to live so consciously inside this split.
Raised with the promise of freedom, selfhood and possibility, while still carrying nervous systems organised around accommodation, belonging and survival.
We have gone out searching for ourselves.
Into therapy rooms.
Books.
Retreats.
The language of the wild feminine.
The return of instinct.
We've run with the wolves.
And many women have touched something real there.
A raw pulse of aliveness beneath the adaptation.
A deeper appetite.
A more instinctive self.
Anger returning.
Sensuality returning.
Desire returning.
The body waking up after years of being managed, minimised or overridden.
For moments, we feel startlingly alive to ourselves.
And then we return home.
Back into ordinary life.
Work.
Partnership.
Children.
Family systems.
Emotional labour.
The endless management of other people’s needs and expectations.
And slowly the old organisation closes in around us again.
The wolf moves back outside the door.
So many women now live in painful proximity to themselves.
Close enough to sense the life they could inhabit...while still waiting, somehow, for permission to fully become it.
Permission to want more.
To take up more space.
To stop endlessly accommodating.
To build lives organised around what is alive inside them rather than what keeps everyone else comfortable.
But this work eventually asks something much more difficult than awakening.
It asks us to begin restructuring life itself around instinct.
To stop merely visiting the wolves…
and begin bringing them home.

What Is Holy Hunger?
Holy Hunger is an immersive psychological and mythic journey into instinct, desire, selfhood and the return of the wild feminine into ordinary life.
The program unfolds across six modules and three live integration calls between June and July, with lifetime access to all materials.
Together, we explore the hidden structures that organise adaptation, self-abandonment and instinctual severance and begin rebuilding the internal capacity to hold more of who we really are.
This work combines depth psychology, mythic understanding and strategic integration.
Because awakening means very little if ordinary life remains unchanged.
Holy Hunger is designed to help women translate psychological recognition into lived change, strengthening the internal structures required to sustain instinct, desire, visibility, creativity and truth once they begin entering ordinary life.
We work directly with the relational, behavioural and identity patterns that pull women back towards accommodation, exhaustion and self-abandonment.
Across six modules, we move through the journey from severance to return.
From the parts of ourselves forced underground in order to belong…towards a life that feels increasingly inhabited from the inside.
A life with more appetite.
More vitality.
More authorship.
More instinct.
You develop a deeper relationship to your own wanting.
To choosing.
To ambition
To building a life around what is genuinely alive in us rather than what merely keeps everthung functioning.
The programme includes:
-
six in-depth psychological and mythic modules
-
guided practices and journalling
-
mythic and fairytale material
-
integration work
-
three live group calls
-
shared community group space
-
replay access
-
additional listening and reflective resources
-
lifetime access to all course materials
This work enters relationships.
Bodies.
Creativity.
Boundaries.
Time.
Desire.
Ordinary life itself.
Because instinct restored changes far more than how we think.
It changes how we live.
Who is Holy Hunger for?
Holy Hunger is for women who have begun to sense that the old way of living no longer fits.
Women who can look highly functional from the outside while silently carrying the cost of how much of themselves they have suppressed, softened or managed to keep life working.
Women who have touched something real and alive in themselves, through therapy, heartbreak, motherhood, burnout, desire, grief, creativity, collapse, longing and cannot return to who they were before.
Women in painful proximity to their own lives.
Close enough to sense the life they could be living, while still organised around adaptation, emotional management and the endless negotiation of other people’s comfort.
Women who:
• over-accommodate even when they consciously recognise themselves doing it.
• struggle to sustain boundaries once guilt or intimacy enters the room
• feel disconnected from desire, sensuality, appetite, instinct
• carry symptoms, exhaustion or numbness despite functioning highly
• feel creatively alive internally while externally living inside structures that drain them
Women with ambitions, ideas, projects and desire that remain permanently deferred to "another version" of life.
Who minimise what they want.
Postpone what matters to them.
Wait for more permission, more certainty, more space, more time.
Women who sense their potential while continuing to prioritise everybody else's needs, expectations and emotional comfort first.
-
crave more truth, vitality freedom, more self - than their current lives can hold
Holy Hunger is for women who are no longer satisfied with merely understanding themselves psychologically.
Women ready to begin reorganising life around what is actually alive in them.
Women who no longer want to simply visit instinct... but learn how to live from it.

The Experience
Holy Hunger unfolds across six immersive modules released between June and July 2026, alongside three live integration calls held across the journey.
The work takes place within a community of brave and brilliant women ready for deeper work.
The programme is designed to be spacious enough for deep psychological work while still creating real change in the way you live, choose, relate and inhabit life.
You will receive:
-
six in-depth modules
-
three live group calls
-
workbooks and integration practices
-
mythic and fairytale material
-
replay access
-
shared community space
-
additional listening and reflective resources
-
lifetime access to all course materials
The modules are released gradually to allow the work to unfold psychologically rather than becoming another experience consumed too quickly and abandoned.
This is immersive work.
Work that enters the body, relationships, creativity, desire, identity and everyday life.
Module Key Dates
Module One - Monday, 1st June
Severance
The Hunger Beneath the Hunger
The ways instinct, appetite, anger, sensuality and selfhood become split off to preserve belonging. What we cut from ourselves to remain held. What we agreed not to know.
Here we trace the hidden adaptations beneath identity, relationships, desire and the life we are currently living inside. The inheritance is older than us. The cost is intimate. To stay divided from ourselves is to live at a distance from our own centre.
Module Two - Monday, 8th June
The Spell of Adaptation
The Patterns That Kept Us Safe
How accommodation, over-functioning, emotional management and self-abandonment become organised inside us over time. How they harden into structure. How they begin to feel like identity.
Here we move through attachment, generational trauma, inherited feminine structures and the deep psychology of stuckness. Why we can see the pattern clearly and still find ourselvs inside it. Why insight is not the same as freedom. Why the spell holds, even after it has been named.
Live Circle - Monday, 15th June
First Live Circle on Zoom
Module Three - Monday, 22nd June
The Instinctual Body Sensuality
Desire & the Return of Aliveness
The body remembers what the self agreed to forget.
Desire.
Pleasure.
Appetite.
Sensuality.
Eros.
The deep intelligence of wanting.
Here we come back through the body. Back through hunger, back through skin, back through the long buried capacity to choose. Instinct was sent into exile to keep you safe. It was never meant to stay there.
Live Circle - Monday, 29th June
Second Live Circle on Zoom
Module Four - Monday, 6th July
Rage, Boundaries & Disruption
The Fire That Breaks the Spell
What happens when instinct begins entering ordinary life.
What happens when the woman who managed everything stops.
Here we work with rage, guilt, visibility, the drawing of lines and the profound disruption that follows when we stop orbiting others and start bringing ourselves back into the story.
Module Five - Monday, 13th July
The Wild Creatrix
Building a Life Around What Is Alive
Creativity, power, beauty, ambition, pleasure.
The desire to build a life that feels inhalited rather than merely endured.
Here we explore the return of vitality and the movement away from survival-driven living into a life shaped by instinct, desire, creativity and meaning.
We learn the importance of making the mundane sacred.
Module Six - Monday, 20th July
Bringing the Wolves Back In
Integration, Selfhood & Everyday Life
The demanding and beautiful work of keeping instinct alive inside relationships, work, motherhood and everyday life.
Here we turn to integration. The building of capacity. The making of a life wide enough to hold more truth, more desire, more joy, more self.
The wolves are not a phase. They are the way home.
Live Circle - Friday 24th July
Final Live Circle on Zoom
