The Forest

A year-long descent into instinct, psyche,
shadow and the deeper Feminine.

The Forest member access opens Monday 26th January

There is a point in a woman's life when she knows she
cannot return to the version of herself who survived by shrinking.

She wants something different.
More rooted.
Deeper.
Truer.
More alive.

The Forest is the place where she goes to follow that calling.

The Forest is a year-long depth container for women who want to
understand their patterns, reclaim instinct, work with shadow,
and build an inner structure that creates lasting change.

Each month, in The Forest, the work is carried through:

A Core Teaching Module
A precise, cut-through teaching that exposes the patterns and belief structures you're  caught in - and gives you the leverage to break their hold.

A Live Circle
A live, held space where the work moves out of theory and into your actual life - where insight is metabolised, not just understood.

The Growing Forest Library
An expanding archive of depth material - not content to consume, but resources you return to as your life shifts and the work deepens.

Fairy Tales & Myths
Stories used as tools - to illuminate what logic cannot reach and reveal what has been operating beneath conscious choice.

Soul-led Integration,
Guidance for translating insight into lived change - in relationships, decisions, boundaries, work and desire.

Depth Practices & Guided Reflections
Practices that work on the nervous system and psyche, not just the intellect - designed to help change take root.

Together, this is the work that changes the course of a woman's life.

What The Forest Is

The Forest is a world of thresholds -

shadow and light,

fear and courage,

doubt and desire,

the known and the not-yet-known.

It holds the parts of us we lost along the way:

the paths we abandoned,

the voices we silenced,

the roots we forgot to nurture.

Inside The Forest, we find what we did not know was missing -

the strength that was drained by over-adaptation.

the freedom that's been buried beneath obligation and noise,

the creative energy exiled into the shadows,

clarity where we have been tangled,

wildness where we have been palatable.

And then, what has long been waiting to emerge through us - can finally take shape.

The Forest is alive, ancient, fertile.
It changes the woman who walk through it.
And changes with her.

The Shape of the Year in The Forest

The Forest is a life-altering journey that follows how change actually happens in the psyche over time, through the turning of the year.

Each phase of the year carries its own psychological task. The work unfolds accordingly.

The early months focus on beginnings and on why beginnings are often difficult.

We look at early adaptation, childhood strategies, and the ways the past still shapes how you start, choose, and move in the present. This is where many women discover why they circle the same patterns, hesitate at thresholds, or sabotage new directions before they begin.

As the year moves on, the work deepens into desire, risk, and expansion.

We explore what happens when instinct returns and how fear, guilt, loyalty, and internalised expectations interfere with growth. This phase supports women to tolerate change without collapsing back into old roles or self-betrayal.

In the middle of the year, attention turns toward power, agency, and vitality.

Here we work with anger, boundaries, voice, and the life force itself especially where women have learned to contain or suppress these energies to remain acceptable, safe, or loved.

In the later months, the work turns toward shadow, loss, and integration.

We explore what has been disowned or exiled, including grief, endings, and the witch wound (the fear of being different, too much, or outside the norm). This phase is about reclaiming wholeness rather than perfection.

Each month builds on the last, but you do not need to keep up or be “on track.”

The Forest is designed to meet you where you are and allow the work to unfold at a pace that fits your real life.

This is not a course you complete.

It is a year that dismantles the way you have learned

to make yourself palatable and gives you back

your appetite for your own life.

What you will learn in The Forest

Over the course of 12 months, you will develop:

A stronger internal structure

The psychological scaffolding to make decisions from clarity rather than fear, loyalty, or adaptation.

A deeper relationship with instinct

Learning to recognise it, trust it, and act from it, rather than override it.

Shadow literacy

The capacity to identify unconscious patterns, roles and adaptations -  and work with them consciously, understanding the deeper forces that shape your choices.

Greater emotional and psychological range

The ability to hold complexity and desire without collapsing back into old roles. For women tired of circling the same internal landscapes without language.

Creative and relational freedom

Loosening the internal constraints that keep your voice, vision, or work from emerging.

A reorientation toward inner authority

Moving from performance to truth.
From obligation to choice.
From survival to self-direction.

Integration of deeper patterns

Where the mother wound, internalised patriarchy, and childhood adaptations, are not just understood, but metabolised.

A life that fits

One shaped by your psyche, not your conditioning.

This is the inner architecture that makes outer change possible.

Who is The Forest For?

The Forest is for the woman who feels a larger life pressing at the edges - a sense that there is more inside her than the world has yet seen.

The Forest is for:

The woman who already carries intelligence, depth, and capacity,

and wants the psychological structure to match the scale of what she knows is possible.

The woman who can feel her potential: creative, relational, professional, or spiritual,

gathering beneath the surface and knows it is time to bring it into form.

The woman who recognises the forces that have shaped her - internalised patriarchy, the mother wound, childhood adaptations and roles - and refuses to let inherited patterns decide the shape or limit of her life.

The Forest is for the woman who senses a deeper life gathering beneath the surface; a quiet momentum, a readiness she can finally feel in her body.

If you feel the pull, The Forest is where that movement becomes direction.

Women enter The Forest because potential needs depth, structure and

a protected place to rise.

It needs a container strong enough to hold the work of becoming.

It needs community.

Inside The Forest, possibility stops being something you sense in the distance

and becomes something you can actually build.
