1. Provider Information
This Course is provided by Hannah Fraser Moore, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Nature of the Course
Holy Hunger is a pre-recorded and live-facilitated online course focused on psychological, archetypal, and symbolic self-inquiry. It is designed for personal insight and developmental reflection.

This course is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or other professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing significant mental health difficulties, active trauma symptoms, or require clinical support, please consult with a qualified practitioner before enrolling. This is not a therapeutic or diagnostic space, and no personalised psychological care is offered within the course.

3. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older. By enrolling in this course, you confirm that you are not currently involved in any legal disputes or active claims against a therapist, coach, or mental health practitioner, and that you are not in acute psychological crisis.

This work is not a substitute for therapy or crisis intervention and is not suitable for those with unresolved complaints or claims involving therapeutic relationships. The course is designed for psychologically stable participants who are able to engage with symbolic and reflective material in a self-led way.

4. Payments and Payment Plans
- The Course is available via one-time payment or payment plan.
- By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments in full. This is not a subscription or cancellable membership. Payment plans are a full financial commitment.
- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the course.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and up to date.

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Course and the immediate access to materials, no refunds are offered for any reason.

6. Access and Delivery
- Upon receipt of payment (full or first instalment), you will receive access to the course materials as scheduled.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet access and technology to participate.
- You retain access to the materials for the lifetime of the course platform, unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, written materials, and any downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Hannah Fraser Moore and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without express written permission.

8. Behavioural Expectations
You agree to participate respectfully in any live or group components of the course. Disruptive, abusive, or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

9. Right to Refuse or Remove Access
I reserve the right to remove any participant from the course or community space at any time, without explanation, if I feel the container is no longer a good fit. This may be done with or without refund at my sole discretion. This clause exists to protect the energetic, psychological, and communal integrity of the space.

10. Disclaimer
The Course is offered in good faith and based on professional training and experience. However, results are not guaranteed. You accept full responsibility for your own process and wellbeing throughout the course.
