You've done the retreats and read the books. You've sat in circles of women and felt something old and ancient stir within you. The part that felt wild, alive and free. The part that knows what she wants.

While the work is happening the change is unmistakable: you can feel her arriving, taking up space, and showing you the way forward.

And then the weekend ends, the chapter closes, and the wild woman begins to fade.

By Wednesday, she's buried under laundry, school-runs, the office and domesticity.

This workshop is about what comes after
we've run with the wolves.

How we bring the wolf to draw up a chair at the kitchen table, stay with us in the boardroom, the bedroom, the conversations that matter. How we stay true to instinct in our daily lives.

Reclaimed instinct has to durable, or it was never properly reclaimed.

The trouble was never about reconnecting with our wildness. The trouble is that our lives are set up in ways that cannot hold it -the calendars, the open-plan offices, the optimised mornings, the roles we're expected to jump into before breakfast - all of it built for the woman who left her instinct at the door.

Of course our wild woman falls away on contact, the container was designed without her.

So we keep going back to the woods to find her and keep losing her on the drive home

Why this work is the work

Without reconnecting to our instinct we stay in the loop. The same arguments with the same people. The same over-giving and over-compensating followed by the same resentment. The same career that almost fits. The same body we're managing rather than living in. The same low hum that something is off.

Functioning, but always one click below where we want to be.

This work is what closes the gap. It begins with seeing the pattern.

What you'll leave with

A framework for understanding the double bind your're operating in, where being easy to live with and being true to yourself don't quite line up.

An understanding of why it's often the women who are most capable, most attuned, most accomplished who end up furthest from their own instinct.

Recognition of specific moments in the week where your instinct gets handed over - in the middle of conversations, in the decisions you hesitate over, in the yeses that arent yeses, and nos you don't say.

A sense of what it would take to stop overriding this - and what would have to change if you did.

Where this leads - if you follow it.
