You were not born to live on scraps.
Not born to shrink, to obey, to apologise.
You were born to belong to yourself.
The wild self you exiled was never too much. She was not
your undoing, she was your compass.
The one who held your truth when you were asked to forget it.
It’s time to reclaim what was never meant to be lost.
It’s time for the Wild Return.
There’s a part of you that was never meant to be tamed.
Not by culture.
Not by family.
Not even by your own fear.
But most women have been taught to sever this part.
To silence their instincts.
To distrust their hunger.
To exile their wildness.
We were taught to override what we know:
- the gut feeling that says no
- the longing that says more
- the sensual craving that says let me feel
- the anger that says this is not right
- the grief that says let me break, let me be held
We learned to shrink, to smile, to perform.
We learned to survive.

But here’s the truth:
What we exile does not disappear.
It goes underground.
It becomes shadow.
It becomes depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, perfectionism, self-sabotage.
It becomes a life lived in self-abandonment.
The deeper cost
This is not just about feeling “more connected.”
This is about everything.
When we are cut off from instinct,
we are cut off from the compass that shapes our lives.
We stay in relationships that drain us.
We chase goals that don’t feed us.
We numb with food, control, work, or endless scrolling.
We silence our anger and call it maturity.
We shut down our sensuality and call it modesty or good-girl behaviour.
We abandon our joy and call it responsibility.
The cost of disconnection is not subtle.
It is the ache that follows you everywhere.
It is the voice that whispers, “Something’s missing, but I don’t know what.”
It is the quiet devastation of a life only half-lived.
This is not indulgence.
This is survival - at the soul level.

The archetypal call
Jung teaches that the unlived life gathers at the edge of the psyche, pressing to be known.
The wild feminine knows:
the longer you wait, the fiercer she will come for you.
There’s a part of you that knows this already.
The part that goes still when you read these words.
The part that moves in your chest when you remember Women Who Run With the Wolves.
The part that whispers: this, this, this.
The Wild Return is a free 60-minute gathering to call that wild part of you home.
What We’ll Explore
-
Why you were conditioned to distrust your instincts and desires.
-
How exile from instinct shows up as burnout, craving, depression, addiction, and self-abandonment.
-
How disconnection from sensuality, creativity, and vulnerability blocks joy and potential.
-
Why this return is urgent, not optional — and why it's terrifying to the parts of you built for survival.
-
How to begin reclaiming your untamed, intuitive, archetypal self.
What You’ll Receive
✓ A guided practice to reconnect to your body, hunger, sensuality, and knowing
✓ A depth-rooted perspective on desire and craving as sacred, not shameful
✓ Concrete tools to soften survival mode and reawaken wildness
✓ An invitation to continue this reclamation inside Holy Hunger
Why Now?
Because survival mode was never meant to be a life sentence.
Because craving is not pathology; it’s a signal of what has been exiled.
Because every day you live disconnected from your wildness
